Weifang Heping New Material Technology Co., Ltd is the manufacturer. HE PING (和平) is the name on the professional cartridges; BAIYUN is the brand we sell under outside China.
The model prefixes follow the brands: HP- grades such as HP-9900 and HP-7000 are the HE PING professional line, and BY- grades such as BY-101 and BY-808 are BAIYUN.
Both are made on the same lines, in the same plant, to the same standards. If you have seen our product under either name, it came from here.

What we make and where it goes
We are a manufacturer that combines R&D, production and sales. Our range covers building sealants, polyurethane foam, fiberglass mesh and facade reinforcement, plus lighting systems.
Production runs on 6 fully automatic and 16 semi-automatic lines, backed by in-house research and testing laboratories, so batches stay consistent and orders ship quickly.
Our products are used in Europe, South-East Asia and Central Asia. We work with distributors and offer OEM and ODM production under the partner’s own brand — the Russian-labelled retail range on this site is produced that way.
Management system certificates
Three management systems, certified by Beijing ShengHui Certification Service. The certified scope is the production and service of silicone sealant.

The company holds ISO 9001 (quality management), ISO 14001 (environmental management) and ISO 45001 (occupational health & safety).
Products are made to the Chinese national and industry standards printed on each cartridge — for example GB/T 14683-2017 for the silicone and modified-silicone sealants and JC/T 485-2007 for the weatherproofing grades.
