Secondary sealing for insulating glass units. The secondary seal carries the structural load between the two panes and keeps moisture out of the cavity, so it determines how long the unit stays clear.
Where it is used
On the IGU line and in the frame
The secondary seal goes on after the spacer and desiccant are in place, and it is what holds the unit together once it is glazed into the frame. Tell us your line — two-part or one-part, hand-applied or pumped — and we will send the grade that matches it.
