How it is made
Filmed on our own line in Linqu. The mesh and the PVC profile are both made in-house, so the bond and the mesh weight are controlled end to end.
One pass, one operator. The perforated PVC angle runs through the roller bed while the reinforcing mesh is fed in and bonded to both wings — the corner is formed and reinforced in a single operation.
Because both the mesh and the profile come off our own lines, the 160 g/m² mesh weight and the bond between mesh and PVC are controlled in-house rather than bought in.
